Sarah David is the Director of the PATH Transition Program at REED Autism Services. Sarah earned her B.A. in English from Rutgers University and her M.A. in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education from Montclair State University. Her career has focused on working with individuals with disabilities in various settings including educational, residential, and through community outreach.

Kimone James is the Founder and CEO of The Amazing Help, a non-profit organization, and serves as its Board of Directors. She is also the CEO of Biz Start Up LLC that provides small business/non-profit formation, document preparations, career coaching, and notarization to Title and Mortgage companies. Before starting The Amazing Help and Biz Start-Up, she remotely operated a child care and preschool center in her home country Jamaica as the Founder and Executive Director, she also served on its board of directors and was responsible for the bookkeeping and human resource. Kimone studied with Penn Foster and Passaic County Community College.

Jared Wexler was born and raised in Bergen County, spending most of his life in Hackensack. Jared has spent his professional career as a teacher at his alma mater, Hackensack High School and has now decided to apply his love for travel and travel planning into Love LV Travel.

Gada Elkenani has more than 30 years of experience in commercial banking for middle market and institutional clients. Ms. Elkenani was most recently served in executives’ roles for a few very reputable institutions as Senior Managing Director/Team Leader of the Middle Market Group with a focus on growing commercial & industrial portfolio. She has been successful in creating new vertical areas of opportunity for the lenders for whom she has worked including the creation of a specialty commercial lending portfolio of over $1.0 billion in assets for Commerce Bank (now TD Bank).

Dean Pastras, ACSW, LCSW is the Chief Executive Officer of Bergen’s Promise, the Care Management Organization for Bergen County as part of the NJ Children’s System of Care. Bergen’s Promise is a rapidly growing, mission driven, private non-profit social service organization. They provide in home, integrated Wraparound support to youth up to age 21 who experience behavioral, emotional, substance use challenges and/or live with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
