Kimone James is the Founder and CEO of The Amazing Help, a non-profit organization, and serves as its Board of Directors. She is also the CEO of Biz Start Up LLC that provides small business/non-profit formation, document preparations, career coaching, and notarization to Title and Mortgage companies. Before starting The Amazing Help and Biz Start-Up, she remotely operated a child care and preschool center in her home country Jamaica as the Founder and Executive Director, she also served on its board of directors and was responsible for the bookkeeping and human resource. Kimone studied with Penn Foster and Passaic County Community College.

Chad Chamides is the founder and CEO of Titanium IT, a leading provider of managed services, cybersecurity, and phone system solutions. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, having worked as a software engineer, project manager, and consultant for various businesses from the SMB market to a few well-known fortune 100 companies.

Jared Wexler was born and raised in Bergen County, spending most of his life in Hackensack. Jared has spent his professional career as a teacher at his alma mater, Hackensack High School and has now decided to apply his love for travel and travel planning into Love LV Travel.

Jennifer Leopold has a BA in Psychology from Binghamton University. She graduated from Columbia University School of Social Work with a Master’s in Social Work. She received further training from the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and is EMDR trained.

Carmen Andrade concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate and corporate matters. She provides nationwide, transactional services to her clients in all aspects of commercial real estate as well as corporate and general business matters.

Kurt Steinbruch is president of ISN (a website design and marketing agency), co-founder of NJ Networking Events, and serves as president of the board for the Bergen County Chamber of Commerce. ISN provides analytic-driven marketing solutions for clients looking to advertise across multiple mediums. Services include website design and development, digital marketing strategy and implementation, graphic design for ad creative for Facebook ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Youtube), native display ads, banner ads, logos, post cards, billboards, magazine ads, flyers, organic SEO, traditional advertising (TV, radio, billboard, direct mail, etc), email marketing, content generation, social media management, and Hulu Ads.

Scott is the co-founder of NJ Networking Events which offers individuals and businesses a platform to meet one another to expand their business connections.

Dean Pastras, ACSW, LCSW is the Chief Executive Officer of Bergen’s Promise, the Care Management Organization for Bergen County as part of the NJ Children’s System of Care. Bergen’s Promise is a rapidly growing, mission driven, private non-profit social service organization. They provide in home, integrated Wraparound support to youth up to age 21 who experience behavioral, emotional, substance use challenges and/or live with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
