Erick began his career in New York City’s Silicon Alley during the Dot-Com boom, where he cut his teeth building infrastructure for startups before going on to lead global technology initiatives for some of the most demanding sectors.

Christopher Kelley is a professional accident reconstructionist and Partner of Klingen, Kelley, & Associates based out of Midland Park, New Jersey. The firm offers extensive experience and expertise in all fields of motor vehicle accident investigation and accident reconstruction.  They specialize in providing thorough and accurate accident evidence collection, documentation, and interpretation.  They conduct detailed vehicle damage inspections and accident site inspections in order to analyze how the roadway and physical characteristics of the area may have had an effect upon the causation of the accident.

Kimberly Pangaro is a dynamic entrepreneur, author, and philanthropist, widely recognized for her dedication to empowering parents and aspiring business owners. She is the founder and driving force behind Atomic Mommy, a digital platform that offers authentic parenting advice, resources, and community support.

Mary Akella is the founder of Harmony Consulting Solutions, a firm dedicated to helping businesses streamline operations and enhance leadership effectiveness. With nearly 20 years of experience in Lean process improvement, strategy execution, and leadership coaching, Mary partners with organizations to optimize workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Sarah David is the Director of the PATH Transition Program at REED Autism Services. Sarah earned her B.A. in English from Rutgers University and her M.A. in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education from Montclair State University. Her career has focused on working with individuals with disabilities in various settings including educational, residential, and through community outreach.

Kimone James is the Founder and CEO of The Amazing Help, a non-profit organization, and serves as its Board of Directors. She is also the CEO of Biz Start Up LLC that provides small business/non-profit formation, document preparations, career coaching, and notarization to Title and Mortgage companies. Before starting The Amazing Help and Biz Start-Up, she remotely operated a child care and preschool center in her home country Jamaica as the Founder and Executive Director, she also served on its board of directors and was responsible for the bookkeeping and human resource. Kimone studied with Penn Foster and Passaic County Community College.

Chad Chamides is the founder and CEO of Titanium IT, a leading provider of managed services, cybersecurity, and phone system solutions. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, having worked as a software engineer, project manager, and consultant for various businesses from the SMB market to a few well-known fortune 100 companies.

Jared Wexler was born and raised in Bergen County, spending most of his life in Hackensack. Jared has spent his professional career as a teacher at his alma mater, Hackensack High School and has now decided to apply his love for travel and travel planning into Love LV Travel.
