Born and raised in Bergen County, New Jersey, she has deep connections with numerous local nonprofits and small businesses, making her a strong advocate for recovery in the community. Before joining Valley Spring, Melissa was the original Social Media Manager for Alumni in Recovery, a local nonprofit that Valley Spring Recovery Center proudly sponsors and collaborates with.

A Certified Financial Planner for over 35 years, Bruce is a founder and managing member of The CFS Group, LLC , a specialist consulting agency representing our nation’s most successful premium finance programs.

A graduate of William Paterson University, Chris has been working as a camera operator and editor since 2005 in the tri-state area, shooting a variety of content - ranging from live events, such as concerts, theatrical performances, and conferences, to commercials, government content, and narrative film. A personal favorite experience was shooting a live event with zoologist and TV personality Jack Hanna aka “Jungle Jack” at the renowned Strand Center for the Arts in Lakewood, NJ.

Mr. D’Angeli is a State and Federally licensed bat educator and exhibitor. Since his emergence back in 1992 he has appeared at THOUSANDS of schools, libraries, zoos, nature centers, science centers and The Iconic American Museum of Natural History. His beautiful bats have also appeared in numerous TV shows and periodicals- including the NY TIMES, BERGEN RECORD, STAR LEDGER, REGIS AND KATHY LEE, HISTORY CHANNEL’S “MONSTERQUEST”, SCIENCE Channel’s “ODDITIES”, Discovery Channel’s Expedition X and most recently, Mr. D’Angeli and The Center that he founded were featured in the CNN Documentary “Bats-and The Mystery Behind Covid-19” with Anderson Cooper.

John Maisto joined Care Plus NJ approximately 30 years ago. Graduating from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor Degree in Social Work, he started his career providing vocational counseling services in the Partial Hospital Department. After working directly with clients for many years, John realized that many of those clients in the workshop activities were capable and had the motivation to work at a higher level. The need to provide meaningful work and teach marketable skills is how Care Plus Laser Imaging, Care Plus Workforce Solutions (CPWS), came to be.

After decades of enterprise software experience, Adam Sroczynski formed eBusiness Technology, LLC in 1998 to help small and medium sized businesses capitalize on Internet technologies to enhance their marketing and operations.
