CanDice Miller is a transformational speaker, advocate, minister, servanthood leader, author and Military Veteran. Miller officially founded Beauty From Ashes Foundation, Inc. (BFAF, Inc.) in July 2020. She and her children, Tara and Tyrece, began to conceptualize the organization in 2016 after the trauma of sexual assault destroyed their family.

She works with business and community partners including chambers of commerce, libraries and economic development organizations helping small businesses start up or grow their businesses.

Sarah earned her B.A. in English from Rutgers University and her M.A. in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education from Montclair State University. Her career has focused on working with individuals with disabilities in various settings including educational, residential, and through community outreach.
