Scott Scarpelli leverages more than two decades of experience in the mortgage industry to excel at finding the best products for each client. A graduate of Montclair State College, he has held positions at GMAC Mortgage, Chase, Republic Bank, and Symmetry Lending before joining FGMC as a Wholesale Account Executive.

Kimone James is the Founder and CEO of The Amazing Help, a non-profit organization, and serves as its Board of Directors. She is also the CEO of Biz Start Up LLC that provides small business/non-profit formation, document preparations, career coaching, and notarization to Title and Mortgage companies. Before starting The Amazing Help and Biz Start-Up, she remotely operated a child care and preschool center in her home country Jamaica as the Founder and Executive Director, she also served on its board of directors and was responsible for the bookkeeping and human resource.

Pat Saporito is a SCORE mentor and chair of the outreach committee for the Northeast Chapter of SCORE, which services Bergen & Passaic counties. She works with business and community partners including chambers of commerce, libraries and economic development organizations helping small businesses start up or grow their businesses. 

Mary K. Blanusa leads the Northern New Jersey Community Foundation (NNJCF) as Executive Director and brings with her extensive experience in organizational management, collective impact, strategic planning, and program development & implementation in philanthropy and nonprofit fields. NNJCF, based in Hackensack, is a non-profit organization working to improve local communities through philanthropy and programs in arts, environment, education, civic engagement, and public health.

Caryn Starr-Gates is a professional copywriter working in advertising, marketing and public relations. She writes for all media—print, broadcast, and digital—for a broad range of clients across many industries, for consumer and B2B accounts.

Kurt Steinbruch has been working in the digital marketing space for 11+ years. Kurt is president of ISN Websites a full service website design and digital marketing firm. He is also co-founder of NJ Networking Events and a Bergen County Chamber of Commerce board member. Kurt specializes in the development & implementation of creative digital marketing strategies that are designed to optimize ad spend while reaching his client's target audience.

After decades of enterprise software experience, Adam Sroczynski formed eBusiness Technology, LLC in 1998 to help small and medium sized businesses capitalize on Internet technologies to enhance their marketing and operations. Adam took the experience he gained in automating business processes through technology in large companies and, after recruiting a team of experienced professionals, began offering related services that became possible and economical as the World Wide Web evolved.

There are two basic realities regarding the world economy we are now dealing with.  First, the economic world will never return to the specific norms of the “pre-pandemic” universe.   Second, managing as though we will ultimately return to a status closely resembling the way our society worked before is both short-sighted and misguided.
