Mary K. Blanusa leads the Northern New Jersey Community Foundation (NNJCF) as Executive Director and brings with her extensive experience in organizational management, collective impact, strategic planning, and program development & implementation in philanthropy and nonprofit fields. NNJCF, based in Hackensack, is a non-profit organization working to improve local communities through philanthropy and programs in arts, environment, education, civic engagement, and public health. We provide opportunities for involvement through philanthropic investments, arts programming, and collaborative projects. Our ArtsBergen Initiative supports, connects, and advocates for artists and arts organizations, and engages communities through Creative Placemaking. The NNJCF Climate Action Mobilization Project brings together residents, community leaders and scientists to build innovative, science-based, scalable, and sustainable solutions to local threats of climate change.
