Originally from Puerto Rico, Kevin Aguiar has established roots in Garfield, New Jersey after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Stockton University. Due to his experiences from being in the New Jersey Air National Guard and as a Mortgage Loan Originator Kevin sees things that other industry professionals may overlook, allowing him to help many homeowners purchase and sell their homes. Kevin is passionate about finding creative financing solutions for his clients and taking advantage of his knowledge of other mortgage programs to suite his client’s needs. He utilizes his dedication to learning, along with his experience from the Real Estate industry to better understand the forces that drive the Real Estate market. Kevin has become a vital resource for homeowners and investors alike.
