Michael has a Bachelor’s from Northeastern University in Boston. He also has a Masters in Taxation from C.W Post Campus, School of Professional Accountancy, and Long Island University. Prior to starting his own practice, Michael spent six years in the tax department of a national CPA firm. Subsequently, he worked for regional CPA firms in the NY area. He is a member of the NYS Society CPA’s and NJ Society of CPA’s.
Michael specializes in dealing with the needs of closely-held businesses, professionals and individuals. Some of the services he provides include; tax return preparation, tax planning, business transition services, IRS & state tax representation, accounting services and estate planning. He is available to meet with clients evenings & weekends.
