OperGuard Certifications, founded in July 2024, provides OSHA compliant lift truck (forklift)
operator training and certifications classes. With experience gained from working for one of the
world’s largest forklift manufacturers, Owner and Lead Trainer Matthew Naimaister has hosted
forklift training classes for companies of all sizes, from small businesses with just a few
employees, to major corporations such as Tiffany and Co. and Novartis. OperGuard
Certifications specializes in lift truck training and certification of operators of every major brand
and style of lift truck used in warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics.

Matthew earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Montclair State University’s Feliciano
School of Business. A lifelong resident of Bergen County, Matthew currently resides in Dumont
with his wife Cassidy and puppy, Finley. In his free time, Matthew enjoys weight training,
reading, cooking, traveling, and learning new skills.
