By registering as a member, accessing our services, or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register or use our services.
Membership is open to businesses, professionals, and individuals who support the mission of the Bergen County Chamber of Commerce. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or terminate membership at our sole discretion, in accordance with our bylaws and organizational policies.
As a member, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.
Abide by the Chamber’s Code of Conduct and bylaws.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
Use the Website and Chamber resources in a professional, lawful, and respectful manner.
Certain membership levels require the payment of annual dues or fees. By submitting payment information, you authorize the Chamber to charge the applicable fees. Memberships automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
The Chamber may suspend or terminate your membership and access to services at any time if you:
Violate these Terms or any Chamber policies.
Engage in unethical, illegal, or disruptive conduct.
Fail to pay applicable membership dues.
Upon termination, all rights associated with membership (including member benefits and directory listings) will be revoked.
All content provided on the Website, including logos, materials, and media, is the property of the Chamber or its content providers and protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
From time to time, the Chamber offers events, workshops, and networking opportunities. Participation in these activities is voluntary and may be subject to additional terms. The Chamber is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or injury resulting from participation.
Our Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked site and inclusion of such links does not imply endorsement.
The services and content provided by the Chamber are offered “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Chamber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or Website.
