Carmen Andrade is a Real Estate and Corporate Transactional Principal at Porzio, Bromberg, & Newman, P.C., advising on nationwide commercial real estate and corporate transactions with extensive general counsel experience. She also serves on the board of the Bergen County Chamber of Commerce.
Carmen Andrade concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate and corporate matters. She provides nationwide, transactional services to her clients in all aspects of commercial real estate as well as corporate and general business matters.
Ms. Andrade leverages her previous experience as general counsel for various entities, including real estate developers, private lenders and retail companies. She collaborates with small and large business owners, individuals and companies in all aspects of the sale, acquisition, leasing, financing, and development of a variety of real estate including undeveloped, industrial, office, and retail properties including substantial experience representing both private and institutional lenders in commercial loan transactions.
She also handles a variety of corporate and commercial transactions including the purchase, sale, formation, and restructuring of businesses and corporate entities; asset-based lending; and transfers of stock and membership interests. Additionally, Ms. Andrade drafts and negotiates a variety of corporate and business agreements including broker, joint venture, operating, confidentiality, vendor/vendee, service agreements, construction and consulting agreements. She also has substantial experience representing clients in connection with general business counseling and the resolution of business disputes.
