Bergen's Promise is the designated Care Management Organization of Bergen County as part of the NJ Children's System of Care. We provide in home, in community Wraparound care coordination for youth up to age 21 living with mental, behavioral, substance use issues, and/or developmental/intellectual disabilities. We are currently supporting approximately 1,800 Bergen County families to help them remain healthy and safe at home. We are also administrators of the mobile friendly online resource directory for Bergen County - BergenResourceNet.org.
