Bergen's Promise is the designated Care Management Organization for Bergen County as part of the NJ Children's System of Care. We provide in home, Wraparound support of youth up to age 21 who are experiencing behavioral, emotional and/or substance use challenges, as well as those living with developmental/intellectual disabilities. These services are provided at no out of pocket cost to families regardless of income, insurance, or immigration status. We are currently serving approximately 1,800 Bergen County families.
