Joe Hliboki is a Focal Point Certified Executive and Career Coach. He’s a mentor, coach, and sales leader with nearly 20 years of experience at Cisco Systems, where he served as both a team leader and corporate mentor. An entrepreneur at heart, Joe started his first business in college and later purchased, grew and sold a successful franchise before transitioning into a 30-year career in the Technology Industry.
In 2023, Joe shifted his focus to mentoring and coaching, driven by his passion for helping individuals improve performance and succeed in their careers. His work with Gen Z—through athletic coaching and as a parent—led him to write “Bursting the Bubble – A Commonsense Guide to Early-Career Success”.
Joe’s mission is to help young professionals develop confidence, focus, and a clear understanding of what it takes to succeed in today’s workplace. He currently works with individuals and companies to provide training and coaching designed create a Competitive Career Advantage for those early in their career, no matter their role or industry.

What is “Member Monday”?
Bergen County Chamber of Commerce, is excited to announce “Member Monday”! Every Monday we plan to highlight a Bergen County Chamber member by sharing an email blast containing either the member’s professional summary or an article written by the member about a topic within their industry. Every “Member Monday” email blast will contain the featured member’s contact information as well as a link to the member’s website. “Member Monday” provides value to our members by allowing them to highlight themselves in front of the rest of the chamber.
