Meet Rediet Wegayehu, Founder and CEO of Compound Growth Strategies, which builds AI sales systems top to bottom: a 24/7 receptionist that answers and books appointments around the clock, a lead qualifier that sorts serious buyers from tire-kickers before they reach the business owner, outreach agents that start conversations with a business’s ideal customers, and follow-up that never forgets a quote. In plain terms: the parts of selling that don’t need the owner get handled, so the parts that do get their full attention.

Rediet’s fascination with fixing fragmented systems started long before she had a name for it. As a strategist serving founders, service businesses, and mission-driven organizations, she kept watching the same quiet tax get paid: talented people losing hours to tools that didn’t talk to each other, information trapped in inboxes, and follow-up that depended on someone’s memory. The work was never the problem; the friction around the work was. So she became the person who built the infrastructure: leading technology adoption to improve efficiency and protect revenue, architecting data systems from the ground up, and training teams across the organization. She also built partnerships at the local and national level that measurably strengthened advocacy efforts and extended their reach.

After a successful career across nonprofit, philanthropy, and research institutions, Rediet transitioned into full-time business ownership to fill a distinct gap she kept seeing closer to home: owners who are brilliant at their craft losing revenue every week to missed calls, slow follow-up, and overloaded front desks. She launched Compound Growth Strategies with a clear vision: every system the company builds does one of two things, generates revenue or gives the owner their time back. Anything else doesn’t get built.

By training, Rediet is a researcher and evaluator, and she bases every business recommendation on evidence. She holds a master’s degree in evaluation and social innovation and is a certified business strategist and AI specialist.

A proud member of the Bergen County Chamber of Commerce, Rediet is passionate about helping fellow local owners reclaim their evenings, their weekends, and the revenue already ringing their phones. Outside of work, she is a new mom building her business in focused, determined sprints, and brings that same energy to every client engagement.
