
Suzanne Mannion is an ICF Associate Certified Coach and ADHD & Personal Development Coach with advanced ADHD coach training through the Coach Approach Training Institute. Through her practice, Boho Soul, Suzanne supports individuals—especially those navigating ADHD—in building confidence, reducing overwhelm, and creating practical systems that help them move forward with greater clarity and consistency.
Known for her compassionate and collaborative coaching style, Suzanne brings together evidence-based coaching practices, lived experience with ADHD, and more than 30 years of strategic communications expertise. Her work focuses on helping clients clarify their values, strengthen executive function skills, develop sustainable habits, and create meaningful behavior change.
In addition to her coaching practice, Suzanne has held senior communications leadership roles, including Public Affairs Director for The Statue of Liberty–Ellis Island Foundation and Co-Founder of Newsmaker Group. She is an active member of the International Coaching Federation, ICF-NJ, CHADD of Bergen County, and the Rotary Club of Greater Westwood.
What is “Member Monday”?
Bergen County Chamber of Commerce, is excited to announce “Member Monday”! Every Monday we plan to highlight a Bergen County Chamber member by sharing an email blast containing either the member’s professional summary or an article written by the member about a topic within their industry.
