Klodiana Malellari is an Intellectual Property attorney practicing nationwide, focused on helping entrepreneurs and professional service providers secure strong, defensible trademarks that protect their brand, reduce legal risk, and support long-term growth—so they can build with confidence. She earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School and holds two Master of Arts degrees from Montclair State University—one in Law & Governance, Compliance & Regulations, and one in Intellectual Property—along with a bachelor’s degree in Jurisprudence & Political Science. Beyond her practice, she is a public servant, currently serving as a Councilwoman in River Edge, New Jersey, where she sits on several boards and committees, including the Library Board, Environmental Protection Committee, Legal Review Committee, and Finance Committee.

Bergen County Chamber of Commerce, is excited to announce “Member Monday”! Every Monday we plan to highlight a Bergen County Chamber member by sharing an email blast containing either the member’s professional summary or an article written by the member about a topic within their industry. Every “Member Monday” email blast will contain the featured member’s contact information as well as a link to the member’s website. “Member Monday” provides value to our members by allowing them to highlight themselves in front of the rest of the chamber.
