With nearly 20 years of experience in Lean process improvement, strategy execution, and leadership coaching, Mary partners with organizations to optimize workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Mary holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a master’s in Supply Chain Management from Penn State, complementing her extensive hands-on experience in process improvement and leadership coaching.
