
Allyson M. Kasetta is Counsel with Harwood Lloyd, a full-service law firm located in Hackensack. Allyson specializes in land use, development, redevelopment and permitting matters. Since 2009, she has focused her practice on representing and guiding clients in a wide range of real estate development matters, whether they are developers proposing large-scale new construction projects, businesses opening new locations, or homeowners looking to improve their own properties. Allyson has also represented various municipal planning and zoning boards in Bergen County, which has not only provided her with a thorough knowledge of the Municipal Land Use Law but also contributed to her familiarity with the practices and procedures of various municipalities.
Allyson received her B.S. in Administration of Justice from Rutgers University – New Brunswick in 2000 and her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark in 2009. Allyson is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. Allyson is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Bergen County Bar Association, and Commercial Real Estate Women of New Jersey (CREWNJ).
She has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine and as a Top Attorney by New Jersey Monthly Magazine and the Top 100 Magazine. Allyson also frequently presents in continuing education seminars to fellow land use attorneys and has been published in the New Jersey Law Journal.
