Ricky earned both his Bachelor of Business Management and Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Iona University in New York. Following graduation, he launched a successful career in New York City’s competitive media landscape, spending over six years at top advertising agencies where he specialized in digital and traditional marketing. As a supervisor at a global marketing firm, Richard led high-performing teams, executing strategic campaigns and delivering exceptional results for Fortune 500 clients skills he now applies to real estate marketing, where maximum exposure and targeted positioning are critical.
A proud graduate of the prestigious Ninja Selling program, Richard is also a Board Director of the EPN (Emerging Professional Network) Sotheby’s Group, where he helps lead initiatives that elevate collaboration and professional excellence within the Sotheby’s International Realty brand.
Richard’s passion for client service is deeply rooted in his family’s background in the restaurant business, where he learned the value of integrity, hospitality, and personalized attention.
