Meet Jacqueline Zsoldos, the Founder and Principal Consultant of JZ Insights, a boutique business operations consultancy proudly serving small business owners across Bergen County and Northern New Jersey.
After a distinguished career as an Executive Assistant and Administrative Business Partner supporting director-level executives in corporate environments, Jacqueline channeled her expertise into full-time entrepreneurship to meet a very real need she observed firsthand: small business owners — especially in the salon, spa, wellness, and bakery industries — were doing incredible work, but struggling with the behind-the-scenes systems that allow a business to truly grow. JZ Insights was born from that insight.
Jacqueline brings a highly structured, project management-driven approach to every client engagement. Holding both her PMI-ACP® and CMP® certifications, she helps business owners streamline daily operations, build scalable workflows, plan and execute events, and establish the kind of systems that create lasting efficiency and peace of mind.
