John joined CarePlus NJ approximately 30 years ago. Graduating from Fairleigh Dickson University with a Bachelor Degree in Social Work, he started his career providing vocational counseling services in the Partial Hospital Department. After working directly with clients for many years, John realized those participating in the workshop activities were capable and motivated to work at a higher level. The need to provide meaningful work and teach marketable skills is how CarePlus Laser Imaging as a division and eventually CarePlus Workforce Solutions (CPWS), was formed.

Jared Wexler was born and raised in Bergen County, spending most of his life in Hackensack. Jared has spent his professional career as a teacher at his alma mater, Hackensack High School and has now decided to apply his love for travel and travel planning into Love LV Travel.

Jennifer Leopold has a BA in Psychology from Binghamton University. She graduated from Columbia University School of Social Work with a Master’s in Social Work. She received further training from the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and is EMDR trained.

Carmen Andrade concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate and corporate matters. She provides nationwide, transactional services to her clients in all aspects of commercial real estate as well as corporate and general business matters.

Melissa is the Community Liaison for Valley Spring Recovery Center. Born and raised in Bergen County, New Jersey, she has deep connections with numerous local nonprofits and small businesses, making her a strong advocate for recovery in the community. Before joining Valley Spring, Melissa was the original Social Media Manager for Alumni in Recovery, a local nonprofit that Valley Spring Recovery Center proudly sponsors and collaborates with.

As a dedicated lender, Nicolas’s passion lies in helping people in the community to become homeowners and guiding them through their financial journey. He’s a friendly face, always eager to expand his circle and build lasting relationships.

A graduate of William Paterson University, Chris has been working as a camera operator and editor since 2005 in the tri-state area, shooting a variety of content - ranging from live events, such as concerts, theatrical performances, and conferences, to commercials, government content, and narrative film. A personal favorite experience was shooting a live event with zoologist and TV personality Jack Hanna aka “Jungle Jack” at the renowned Strand Center for the Arts in Lakewood, NJ.
