His company Tank One Environmental has extensive experience in Tank Removals, Site Remediation, including but not limited to sub-surface testing, tank integrity testing, soil, gas, and groundwater assessments in the context of Real Estate transactions, as well as under the supervision of state and federal regulators. His background in environmental science, in addition to his knowledge of current environmental regulation and the real estate industry, allows him to offer comprehensive environmental consulting services for Real Estate transactions for both Residential and Commercially. Mr. Coldon has extensive experience managing all aspects of due diligence – environmental, engineering, asbestos, lead based paint and radon surveys for nationwide and local clients such as developers, brokers, private equity funds and lenders including SBA, HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, portfolio and insurance lenders.

She is also the CEO of Biz Start Up LLC that provides small business/non-profit formation, document preparations, career coaching, and notarization to Title and Mortgage companies. Before starting The Amazing Help and Biz Start-Up, she remotely operated a child care and preschool center in her home country Jamaica as the Founder and Executive Director, she also served on its board of directors and was responsible for the bookkeeping and human resource.
