As a Certified FocalPoint Business and Career Coach, Joe Hliboki uses his broad experience in Technology, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Business Ownership to help Business Owners, Entrepreneurs and those early in their careers reach their higher potential. This is done through strategic growth, time management, stress reduction and a focus on work/life balance creating a success partnership based on mutual accountability, clearly defined goals and a realistic path to attain them.
Currently Joe is working to publish his book “Bursting the Bubble – A Commonsense Guide to Early Career Success” designed to share with the new generation entering the workforce the many lessons he learned throughout his career. Lessons that would have accelerated his success and created a career advantage if someone share them with him many years ago. The goal is to share the clarity, mindset and strategic path that will enable a competitive advantage leading to rapid career advancement and to teach the keys to becoming a top performer, no matter the industry or job title.
Joe grew up in Old Tappan and has lived in Montvale for the past 22 years where for many years he was a fixture coaching youth sports and volunteering for the Montvale Athletic League. Having coached over 500 kids coupled with his experience as a corporate mentor for a tech giant he discovered his passion for teaching, coaching and finding satisfaction in the success of others, this has become the foundation of what he does today.
How business coaching works is a mystery to many, Joe makes it simple. Initially we have a FREE 20-Minute Introductory Call to get to know each other, followed by a FREE 1-hour Strategic Business Review (SBR) to talk in depth about your business. Based on that conversation we will capture your priorities and I will create a customized “Intro to Coaching” 4-Session weekly or bi-weekly package to work together to create a plan to address the identified priorities. At this point after working together and creating a plan we discuss how you would like to proceed. It’s that simple!

What is “Member Monday”?
Bergen County Chamber of Commerce, is excited to announce “Member Monday”! Every Monday we plan to highlight a Bergen County Chamber member by sharing an email blast containing either the member’s professional summary or an article written by the member about a topic within their industry. Every “Member Monday” email blast will contain the featured member’s contact information as well as a link to the member’s website. “Member Monday” provides value to our members by allowing them to highlight themselves in front of the rest of the chamber.
